Shipping policy

Free UK Shipping — Always

Every order ships free to any UK address. No minimum spend, no hidden fees — free shipping is included as standard on everything we sell.

How long will it take? Most UK orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch. During busy periods (Christmas, sale events) please allow a little extra time.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, your order is shipped via Evri. You can track your parcel using the tracking ID in your dispatch email.

Delays & Issues

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasionally delays can occur due to courier issues or customs (for international orders). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and we'll look into it straight away.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at sales@brickmastertoys.co.uk with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. BrickMaster Toys cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately after ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
