Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your item. Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, with original packaging intact.

How to Return an Item
- Contact us first — Email sales@brickmastertoys.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
- We'll send a return label — If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack & ship — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest Evri drop-off point.
- Refund processed — Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the right product without waiting for us to process an exchange.
If you received a wrong or damaged item, we'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and items that have been opened, built, or used. Custom or personalised orders are also non-returnable unless faulty.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at sales@brickmastertoys.co.uk with a photo within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll sort it immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.
